I'm Riding For

C. Edgardo Rojas 1999-2015

I’m riding again this year for Cristian who was the nephew of a friend of mine and was taken by cancer at the early age of 15. Sadly, I witnessed firsthand how his Uncle endured the pain of losing his nephew who was like a son to him. I ride in honor and memory of Cristian and his Mother, who passed away shortly thereafter. I’m also riding in honor and memory of our dear friend Callie who passed away after an over 2-year-long battle with pelvic rhabdomyosarcoma. She was just 9 years old. Callie was a GCC ambassador and a girl who touched our hearts with her strength, bravery and fighting spirit.

My Story

8 Feb 2019

This June, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Your support will change little lives.

Thank you.
