I'm Riding For

Nico Pulido, the “Super N”

Nico Pulido, the “Super N”

This year I'm riding in support of Nico Pulido. Nico is known as the “Super N”, and is battling an inoperable brain tumor. I'm asking you to consider sponsoring me. Nico was diagnosed in May of 2018, and the doctors could only promise his mom three years at best. We’re lifting up the Pulido family in our prayers, and as we ride this year we look forward to the day when no other family ever has to face childhood cancer.

My Story

15 Jul 2020

This September, I am once again taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why?

Each year, more than 15,000 kids and young adults are diagnosed with cancer—that’s about 42 per day.

Though the 5-year-survival rate for childhood cancers has reached 80 percent, nearly 2,000 kids under age 19 die every year, making cancer the leading killer of children by disease.

And that’s just in the United States.

Every year, this cause is a little nearer a little dearer to me. We all know at least one child whose life has been changed forever by cancer. For the kids in the fight, I'm right beside you. For the parents, the families, the doctors and the researchers, I'm praying for you.

And so I ride.

And I ask you to support this cause through my rider's page.

In doing so you are funding treatments and you are funding research.

You are giving support to families sitting in clinics and hospitals far from their homes.

You are changing the future of little lives!

  • I’m Back!
    3 Sep 2020

We’re 3 days into the Great Cycle Challenge!

This has nothing to do with me, other than as a vessel to make you aware of the need for funding to find more effective treatments for childhood cancer.

I appreciate those who have contributed so far this year, and we’re less than $2,000 away from reaching my personal goal of $3,525 for 2020.

Please consider partnering with me in this by making a contribution today.

    God bless!

    I’m Back!
