James Fredrick Reinhardt

"Everyone remembers Jim as a gentleman always, with high morals and fair treatment of others. Always courteous and well-mannered, he instilled in his students the manners and courtesy he himself displayed." My grandpa passed August 19, 1991. I am excited to meet him one day and thank him for all the good that he has done to my family and the children he taught as an elementary school teacher.

  • One wet ride!
    2 Jun 2017

Why do I ride in the rain till my feet are swimming in my shoes? Keep riding when I start to chaff? Because these rides and your donations can raise some awareness and help fund better, more efficient ways of treating and spotting cancer in children. Please donate to this cause!

  • We have raised $100! Thank you, and let's keep going!
    29 May 2017

We are getting there! If we can get to $300 in 7 days, I'll double my goal to 200 mi in the month of June!

Sarah and I have been riding too! When we took a break, we popped out the hammock next to the park. Within 10 minutes, three little children had wanted to check it out, and were all in it and playing like peas in a pod! I can't imagine what it would be like if any of these three new, little friends where diagnosed with cancer. Thank you guys for your support and for helping kids like them! I would have taken a picture, but we did not know who they were! :-)

We have raised $100! Thank you, and let's keep going!

This June, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children’s Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Your support will change little lives.

    Thank you.

    James
