My Story

TO MY COMPASSIONATE SUPPORTERS :

This is my third year supporting children's cancer research and I'm very happy that you my great caring supporters raised $5,124 last September for such a worthy cause. There are a lot of good people in this world and the amount of support for these children is testament to that. I cannot thank you enough.

Over the winter I was informed I'm cleared of Melanoma which I've had for over a year but I face a new obstacle having been diagnosed needing double bi pass surgery. I have not quit training and I will be ready. Surgery is planned for October.

Please support my 1000 mile pledge. One ride I will pedal 200 miles in memory of my mother which will be the longest ride of my life and should take 16~18 hours if all goes as planned. I will definitely need some luck for that ride but that is my goal.

I'm raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support the SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
