  • Half Ways
    17 Jun 2019

We are half done with the month and we are almost at the goal for raising money. Now time to step it up with riding the miles. I cannot believe how fast time is going. The other day I was thinking about the kids who are going through treatment. They are an inspiration to living life. Many of them are happy with the simple things in life and it makes me question why others want so many things. I think its the basics of life that bring true joy and true meaning to our lives. Im happy I ride for this cause because everyone going through cancer are my heros.

  • To the Beach!
    11 Jun 2019

What a great ride. I forgot to start the app before heading out, but it was so much fun! We met a few riders who are also doing this challenge. My kids both enjoyed the company and my husband surpassed the challenge. He has never ridden before and riding 20 miles as his first time is amazing! I cannot wait to do it again.

  • Day Off
    6 Jun 2019

We took the day off from riding. Amy Romero here, I have been sick and when i began riding I wasn't fully recovered. This morning I woke up with a sore throat again. I'm going to do my best to get better fast. The last few days while riding I noticed a lot more people have chosen to ride their bikes and it makes me happy. Great job everyone for getting up, not making excuses and being determined. XO

  • Morning ride with Sofia!
    30 Apr 2019

Yesterday we both decided at the last minute we would ride from our house to work/school. Thanks to my awesome husband, we fixed the tubes, seats, and were able to leave the house by 6 this morning. As we were riding Sofia got a flat and i did too but we kept going. Our poor bikes definately didnt give out. I haven't ridden a bike since January 2018 when i was 2 months pregnant. I miss it so much and I'm happy Sofia pushed me into doing it. @Mattromero5.7 on instagram, thank you babe for helping me last night. Muah. Follow my adventure page Specialams on Instagram.

Its that time once again! So much has happened in the last year, got married, had a baby, my oldest will be 13 and my son will be 12 soon. I now have another daughter who loves to bike ride whenever she gets the chance. My husband is also joining us this year. Our goals have been set low but we are determined to achieve them and go beyond the expectation. We will be posting about our adventures and travels. XOXO

This June, Rebels is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support us by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Your support will change little lives.

    Thank you.
