4/28. Never quit

I had heart surgery on 4/3 and left the hospital 4/7 feeling great. No pain, nothing . After a week I’ve been walking 2-3 miles a day. I am determined to not let my surgery be a factor. I still expect several centuries but one ride I promised to pedal is a very difficult 300 miles. 2022 was my first year and I rode my first century. A couple double centuries last September gave me the confidence to finish my pledge. I will train hard to be prepared as I was last year.
