I’m not one day away from starting my Great Cycle Challenge of 2024. We begin on September one this Sunday and I’m planning on starting it off with a introductory ride along the beach. I recently had arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder and I’m still going through physical therapy and I have limited use of my left arm and shoulder so I need to be careful the beginning, but I will do my best. Do you think cycling all about the legs but the whole body gets involved in controlling the bike making turns and supporting body weights as you ride along. I have 30 days to do 300 miles but only 21 of those days I be able to ride due to business and personal commitments that means I will need to ride average of 15 miles per day to achieve my goal. Normally that would be easy for me but due to my shoulder surgery I’m going to have to paste myself. I’ll keep updates on my progress. Thanks to all my contributors that have helped me get to my $300 goal plus additional amount that currently stands at $440 total 60 more dollars and I will reach my Super Bowl of $500 and match my results of 2023 I’m very proud of this and I have a lot to be thankful for in life and give me back in anyway I can important to me. my family has been touched with cancer as well as close to us children. Cancer is one of the great challenges and medicine has made great advances to continue that no one suffers from this deadly disease.
