Back after COVID

Back in the game after my nasty bout with COVID! A nice easy 7 mile ride in Purceville on the Washington & Old Dominion trail. Happy cycling!

COVID lungs

Take 2! Afternoon and new location. Going for a nice light and easy 5 miles today... or so I thought. 'Rona, what did you do to my lungs?! Was that really me wheezing at 2 miles on a bike?! 🤧 Why is my HR over 190 bpm?! 😭 Well, this challenge is going to be more challenging than anticipated! Thank goodness I have another doctors appointment tomorrow!

COVID

Unfortunately, I won't be able to ride the first full week in September. COVID has hit the house. My daughter recovered after 3 days. I'm still fighting it off. Hopefully, these meds will do it's thing and I can get back on the road.

Test Ride

Took my gently used new bike for a test ride on the W&OD Trail in Reston/Leesburg. Gotta stretch out them hip flexors because man, they are tight!
