Getting warmed up

Today was my first ride on a bike in years. I’ve done spin classes so I don’t feel completely out of practice but I am aware riding outside is gonna be different. I went 2.2 miles and it felt a little more difficult than I thought. I quickly remembered I was going down hill and “oh, shoot now I gotta ride back up hill”! The ride up a slight incline was moderately challenging and it has now been confirmed that this will definitely be a challenge.
