That's right. Although the official campaign has ended the fight still rolls on!! (Bad bicycle puns) With your help we have made it to 70% and I'm still working to make up the rest. I have 10 miles left but I can't end like that... I'm going for 350 before the end of October. I don't know when or how but I'm committed to finishing strong for God's children. Your families. Our friends. I pray blessings over you and all you see every day in the Majestic Almighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus.
I rediscovered the road side route from Helotes, TX to Bandera, TX and a little tricky with speeding traffic and aholes that don't care about others but 98% were really great about giving space and slowing down!
I had never gone that far in the 2 years we've lived there before my first bike was stolen. But my new bike DRAGON can soar speedily. A few more adjustments and I can get even faster!!
I'm getting ready to try a big ride for Friday. I would like to do 50 miles tonight since my max this year has been 40. Last week went well so I know I can ride longer, pedal harder, be swifter up and down or and back on I the new bike. I say new but it's got a year and a couple hundred miles on it already. I do need to get it tuned up though... I've neglected her. ðŸ˜
Service was Spirit led from beginning to end. Message to me about Eric And Hannah and Gregort. people suffering from addiction and not knowing about Jesus' love for them. My love for them. Love for Jesus! This is pledge to be a force of God's love Grace Truth and mercy.
I miss Eric and I miss Greg and Hannah is working on it. Another of my friends son has cancer. A very difficult cancer and debilitating. Help us God to help others.
In Jesus name
So it's been a bum week for riding because I have a sinus infection. I'm on antibiotics but been down since Thursday last week!
Jesus I need your help to get better and push through this to ask for donations which is the most difficult part to ask for money. I can ride, run, swim, climb, and work until the skin falls off my bones but the two things of communication with people and asking for help are more painful and scary then jumping off a cliff.
This year has been another tough year for me, for friends, for family, and even new acquaintances from church. There has been a constant battle for life, families and careers. Today I start my 8th consecutive year fighting kids cancer and WE NEED YOUR HELP TO WIN! My goal is to pedal 300 miles throughout the month of September and raise $10,000 to help children, their families, and medical professionals beat illness.

I am a 2 time cancer survivor celebrating my 4th year of remission! I was first diagnosed at 31 years old in 2017 with Stage 4 Classic Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This cancer is normally found in older adults but is becoming more frequent in younger people as time goes on and there are very few definitive causes. My first treatment cleared the cancer for 6 months , but the cancer returned putting me in an even more special category. 3 surgeries and 1 bone marrow transplant later I started life basically as a new born with no immune system and very weak. In 2021 we stopped chemotherapy maintenance and today my mind body and spirit are still changing. Everyone reacts and acts differently to their disease and treatments. Some will be life long figure which is why it is so important to me to get your help for these children!
Â
Cancer is the largest killer of children from disease in the United States – 38 children die of cancer every week. Kids should be living life, NOT fighting for it. All funds raised will support Children’s Cancer Research Fund to continue their work to develop innovative treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

I am asking for your support in a couple of ways:
1 - #donate. I understand times are tough but only give what you can because everything helps!
2 - #share. Send this fundraiser multiple times to  EVERY ONE YOU KNOW! Maybe someone can't donate this year, but someone you or they know might be looking for an opportunity to share their gifts with others.

We have been blessed by God with a platform and a purpose to do better for ourselves and doing better for others. In a world constantly filled with images and words of pain, I ask that we take a minute to thank Jesus and the Holy Spirit for delivering us and protecting us and sometimes making is go through difficult times. These obstacles allow us to empathize with others, to guide others, to be emboldened to fight for what is good in life.
Â
My challenge will be tough, but it's nothing compared to what these brave kids and their families face every day of their lives as they battle this terrible disease.
Â
Thank you for your support.
