Completed the miles for 2024 before heading out of town for a few weeks. Will do a final short ride with Hannah when I return - thank you to all of my sponsors!

Completed the miles for 2024 before heading out of town for a few weeks. Will do a final short ride with Hannah when I return - thank you to all of my sponsors!
54.4 miles today and it was a great ride - I kept a good pace and only stopped in Corwin just for a quick blast of protein and to refill my water bottles.
Only 22 miles remaining to wrap this up for 2024
Considering the past week has been dealing with the rains from Hurricane Helene I will have to complete my riding miles in the next week or two. Woke up today to more rain here in the Ohio valley this morning. Thank you to all of my sponsors!
Got back from the cruise and tried to burn off some of those calories… lots of different foods that were all so delicious. No alcohol package!!! To get off the road I looked to enter a park for a multi use trail - saw the transition to gravel and I went to turn around and slid out on the marbles…. No bueno… but it happens and I couldn’t unclip fast enough.
Still rode for an hour after that but definitely sore.
Easy 22+ mile ride today and weather was perfect - had to cut miles this year as we have vacation planned in September.
