Ride #22 - Group Ride

We had an awesome group ride this morning. It was my last official ride for this year’s Great Cycle Challenge, and we logged another 20 miles. Today we rode in memory of Jayden who recently passed away due to leukemia. Please keep his family in your prayers. 🙏🙏🙏

I am so thankful for the members of the Big Wheel Cycling group! 🙌 They have greatly supported me this month by sharing miles, donations, and prayers! I am most blessed to ride with such awesome friends! 🙌 A lemon-pie ride is in the near future! 🍋

Ride #21 🙌

Another double-ride morning for me. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️ It certainly would not be right if Kelly and I didn’t share some miles today. She has been a faithful friend and supporter of my GCC journey from the very beginning! I am so thankful for our friendship! We have enjoyed our “spin and chat” laps and have logged a lot of miles together!

With our 16-mile ride, we finished my Challenge goal and even added a “sparkle mile”! ✨🙌🚴‍♀️💕

A huge thank “thank you” to all of my prayer warriors! I have felt every one of them! 🙏🙌

With the uncertain weather (rain and/or wind) for the next several days, I was determined to finish this Challenge strong and TODAY! 🚴‍♀️

I wore my new hero jersey today! Thank you to all who have donated and helped me earn it! 🙌

Lou, Lynn, and I had an awesome 30-mile ride this morning! It was a beautiful morning to ride and it was full of so many blessings (including an awesome rest stop)! 😇 I am blessed to have all of their support! We have shared many miles together and I am so thankful! 🙌 ❤️🚴‍♀️

It was a double-ride morning! Kelly and I added another 19 miles after my ride with Lynn and Lou. That gives me another 40-mile day!! Now I only have 45 miles to go!!! Keep the prayers and donations coming! We are going to finish strong! Go Team Lila! 🚴‍♀️🙏🙌💕
