My first ride after the fall! Perfect weather though a bit breezy.
My rides are mostly rural so I see beautiful scenery and have livestock and wildlife to keep me company!

My first ride after the fall! Perfect weather though a bit breezy.
My rides are mostly rural so I see beautiful scenery and have livestock and wildlife to keep me company!
Excited for my first ride and I went down just about a quarter mile from the finish line. I was not seriously injured except for my ego but I scored some road rash on my knee and some swelling of my arm so I took some R&R for to heal. Back on the road Wednesday.
So my ride began with 18 miles though I actually rode further but I forgot to take my app off pause so I lost about 2+ miles off my distance.
I am looking forward to getting back on the road. I am proud to be associated with The Great Cycle Challenge and honored to be among all who participate in this worthy cause so be safe everyone and let’s kick kid’s cancer’s butt!
