Full house at my third and most successful charity burn thanks to Coach Giana and Coach Barb and the entire Delray North Studio! Ellen Latham, ORANGETHEORY Founder was there to give an encouraging message before the workout honoring former Coach Barb Moylan who I am riding for this year. Amazing support from over 40 members of this workout community!
Today I finally got back in the saddle! Almost a year of making excuses and I had run out!! I thought about Coach Barb ✌🏻 and her fight against breast cancer and realized I have never once heard her complain, make an excuse, or say a negative word. I realized it does not need to be all or nothing. Just get on the damn bike and ride! And that is what I finally did. Not far or fast like I did previously, but I finally made today day one instead of one day. Feels great to be back! Still warming up, but ready to take on the challenge.
