Team Goal Completed (102%)

I am happy to say that we have reached our goal and everything from here is additional miles to show our support for this event. Very happy that everyone is working hard for all the children and family that is having to endure the struggle and pain of having to work through this ugly illness. As I have stated, hoping for a cure and the need for this event to no longer be needed. With that said, we will continue riding for this as long as the need. Thank you Team and awesome job. Lets see what we can do with our personal goals and keep those pedals moving we still have two weeks for this month.

Over 50%

We have gone over 50% of our Team goal of riding 1500 miles for the month of September and over 100% of our goal to raise money for this cause. The joy for all the support has is overwhelming and very much appreciated. The Team is working hard to meet and surpass our goals for this year and will set a new baseline for what we will shoot for next year again.

This Wednesday, 13 September 2023 (U.S. time) is a great to contribute since the sponsors have graciously decided to match all contributions up to $1.5 million for this cause. Folks all over the world ride for this event every year and we are happy to be an active group in this. Please keep everyone child out there fighting in your thoughts.

First off. I want to whole heartily thank everyone that has sponsored every one of us on this team and directly to this team. It does bring joy to my heart that so many of us feel the same regarding this cause. We will succeed as a team and hope to bring awareness.

I will do my best to share the individual emails we are getting from this charity to share with everyone so we can all see the difference we are making.

There are a few entries still needing to be corrected (added) but we are starting off really strong and should the weather be conducive, we will be completely blowing the distance out of the water. This September, Get'em Done is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
