This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight cancer!

My goal is to pedal 100 miles miles throughout the month.

Why am I doing this? Because cancer sucks. People should be living life, NOT fighting for it.

Two of my closest loved ones fought cancer. One survived and is thriving! But my sweet mom lost her battle to cancer in May 2019. Having cancer is terrifying, exhausting, painful, and isolating. One thing that people don't always talk about is that having cancer is also expensive. You shouldn't have to worry about having enough money to fight for your life.

To show my support, I am taking on this 30-day challenge to support cancer research.

It will be tough, but it's nothing compared to what sufferers face every day as they battle this disease and fight for their lives.

All funds raised will support Children's Cancer Research Fund to continue their work to develop innovative treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
