Cruise the Raleigh greenway! (Social Distancing and Weather permitting)
Start at Crabtree Creek Trail (Nth Raleigh Boulevard entrance) tand ride o Anderson Point Park (about 5-6 miles).
Then continue onto Neuse River Trail about 1 to 1.5 miles before going onto Walnut Creek Trail (about 14-15 miles) until reaching Lake Johnson.
Trails are mostly flatter (except for one small section of steep slope on Crabtree Creek Trail about 1-2 miles in) with slightly rolling ups/downs. Occasional road and boardwalk/bridge/tunnel use which isn't a problem overall.

Weather conditions starting at 72F and rising to 79F towards end of ride! Haven't been able to check the trail after flooding near Crabtree Creek but believe the trail is clear (probably no mud but possibly dried dirt/soil on some areas or slightly damp from dew morning).
Bring your drink/s and snack/s (if you want) .
See you guys ready to set off at 8:00AM. SUIT UP!
If you can get there a little earlier so we can set off at 8, that would be great (now I know I'll be the late one!).

Hi, I am new to riding and usually just ride in the Lochmere neighborhood where their is a bike lane. I am interested in checking out this bike trail before starting. I might try and head over sometime this week to check it out. Cheers! Casey
