Great Cycle Challenge considers all donations to be nonrefundable. In the event that a mistake has occurred, Great Cycle Challenge will consider refund requests, only if submitted through approved communication channels and within the timelines listed below, for donations made using the https://greatcyclechallenge.com/ website.

Refund requests must be received within 60 (sixty) days of the original donation. In the event such a refund request is made regarding a donation from the previous year, the request must be made within either 60 (sixty) days of the original donation or by February 1st, whichever is sooner.

To request a refund, email hello@greatcyclechallenge.com or call 1-952-999-9422 to speak to a Great Cycle Challenge support representative. You must provide the name of the donor, email, date and amount of donations, payment details such as the last 4 digits of credit card, and reason for requesting a refund.

You can expect a confirmation notice within 2 (two) business days, which will ask for further details, if necessary. Should a refund be granted, you can expect to receive notice of the refund within 14 (fourteen) days stating the Great Cycle Challenge’s decision and expected disbursement date.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. For example, if the donation was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to that same card. The donor is responsible for all tax considerations that may arise if the donation is refunded.

If you opt out of participating in the event after registering, or are removed due to a violation of community standards, terms and conditions, donations made by you or your supporters will not be refunded.

Facebook Fundraisers processes donations independently of Great Cycle Challenge and Children's Cancer Research Fund. We are unable to assist with either receipts or refund requests for donations made through Facebook.
