Group Rides are an easy way to connect with other riders in-person, explore new routes, and rack up miles together.

Any rider in the challenge can start a group ride in their community! Whether you’re an avid cyclist or just starting out, we encourage you to join or create a group ride to meet, connect, and ride with other GCC cyclists!

You can view riders in your local area and any planned group rides here.

Don’t see a group ride near you? Create one now! Here’s how:

Step 1: Choose a Date and Time

Pick a day and time that works for most participants. Weekends and early mornings are often popular choices.

Step 2: Choose a Ride Route

Plan a route that is safe, scenic, and suitable for all skill levels. Consider including rest stops and landmarks.

Step 3: Create your Group Ride Page

Follow the prompts to set up a dedicated page where riders can find details, RSVP, and stay updated.

Step 4: Announce Your Ride

Use email, social media, and your local Chapter page to spread the word and invite participants.

Step 5: Prepare for Ride Day

Gather any necessary supplies, confirm the route, and communicate final details to participants. Ensure everyone knows the meeting point and time.

Group Rides are all about enjoying the ride and the company of fellow GCC cyclists. So, gear up, get out there, and kick cancer’s butt!
