Group ride on the Virginia Capital Trail. We will be riding from Jamestown to Richmond. We will be meeting in the parking lot ( https://goo.gl/maps/kSXcwZ21ScNvz28Q7 ) at 6:30 am and rolling at 7 am. The goal is 50 miles at an easy-moderate pace, 14-16 mph. We usually have a faster group and a slower group depending on who shows up. There will be one planned stop at the Charles City County Courthouse for bathrooms/water/refuel. We will have a support vehicle if you'd like us to carry food/water. There will be a tent set up at the 51-mile marker parking lot to re-group and celebrate.

Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I’m no longer able to support this ride. So sorry for the late notice, I know many were looking forward to this including myself. Good luck in achieving all your miles and donation goals.

So Sorry Jackie, I was looking forward to meeting everyone. I am still going to ride but a much shorter version starting at the Dorey Park entrance ride towards Williamsburg 10 miles and ride back for a total of 20 miles. Hope I see a few on you on the trail wearing your GCC jerseys. Thanks, George

Good Morning, Logistically , I will not be able to get to Williamsburg and make this 50 miler. However I will attempt to start in Richmond an ride towards Williamsburg and then turn around when I meet up with the group. If I make it to Charles city I'll wait and ride back with you.
