We will start at the Betzwood parking area in Valley Forge Park which is off of Trooper Road. (email me if you need directions - mrmcpez@gmail.com). The pace will be very relaxed. We will ride out to the Reynold's dog park on Longford Road and then back to the Betzwood parking area, which is approximately an 8 mile round trip. For those that would like a longer ride, we can continue on the Schuylkill River Trail towards Norristown. Very flexible on how far that portion of the ride will be. We will agree on the length that day. I hope to see you there. Let's kick cancer's butt!
