This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge for the third year in a row - to fight kids' cancer! I will be spinning/biking my way past my goal!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. If you did not already know, I am a special education teacher and have worked with all populations. I have a huge heart for my students and children everywhere! Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week. Even my own little cousin is undiagnosable, however cancer has been ruled out.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it. For me cancer is a horrible diagnosis. WE NEED A CURE FOR ALL DIAGNOSIS! Let’s do this - I need your help l, though!

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
