My Story

This September, I’m taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer.

Cancer remains the deadliest disease for children in the United States. Every year, more than 15,700 children are diagnosed with cancer, and tragically, 38 children lose their lives to the disease every week. Behind each of these numbers is a child, a family, and a life changed far too soon.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

That’s why I’m challenging myself to ride throughout September and raise funds for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund. The money raised through this challenge helps support research into better, safer, and more effective treatments for childhood cancer—giving researchers the resources they need to develop lifesaving treatments and work toward a cure.

Every donation, no matter the amount, helps bring us closer to a future where children can spend less time in hospitals and more time simply being kids.
