This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to honor my good friend Gary, who sadly passed away in January from neuroendocrine carcinoma, an aggressive form of cancer. He was diagnosed in March 2024, and just 10 months later he was gone.

Last year, I rode to help raise money for his Go Fund Me page, and I appreciate all who donated to his cause. This year, I ride not only to help fight kids' cancer, but I'm also riding in Gary's memory! May you rest in peace my friend, and I hope you are painting many mountains and tree-lined landscapes!
