Six years....Six Great Cycle Challenge kids: Finley age 4, Liliana age 6, Kylie age 7, Cayden age 6, Callen age 2, Anja age 2. My mission: riding in my 6th Great Cycle Challenge this year, is NOT a mission impossible. It is one of HOPE, it is one of BELIEF that I can make --WE can make a difference. Funding for childhood cancer research pales in comparison to adult cancer research. Additionally, there have been few if any new treatments for children's cancer in the last 40 years. Those six kids and hundreds of others is why I am choosing to ride again this year. The Great Cycle Challenge provides significant support for Children's Cancer Research Fund by providing seed money for grants, focusing on young researchers who look for new and out of the box ideas for treatment and in funding researchers across the country.

I have chosen to accept this mission, I hope you will choose to accept this mission and I can count on your support.
