I'm Riding For

Owen Klemm

This is my 10th year of riding in the Great Cycle Challenge and I thank those who have pitched in, in previous years to support this worthwhile cause of fighting childhood cancer. This year I’m riding in memory of Owen Klemm, in June of 2024, just after celebrating his 2nd birthday, Owen was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. His diagnosis turned the Klemm family’s world upside down, as they learned the cancer had metastasized throughout his body. He fought a difficult fight and unfortunately didn’t win the battle. My ride didn’t help him, but his fight is reason enough for me to ride and bring attention to his plight and those of children like him. All proceeds from your contributions go to the Children’s Cancer Research fund and all donations are tax deductible. Children should not have to go through this, their parents shouldn’t have to go through watching their child struggle and suffer. Please help by donating - a little goes a long way. Thank you!

My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
