I'm Riding For

About a year ago, this young beautiful girl was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It took some time to find a diagnose at the beginning. But when they did, she was treated aggressively, and she endured so much. Fast forward to today, she is still fighting leukemia, and she is currently on a maintenance phase and monthly chemo infusions and daily oral chemo. I am riding in her honor again this year. She is a FIGHTER! This year I am starting a little late due to life changes over the past 4 months. I'm starting to feel in control of myself despite the emotional, physical and mental challenge. I have a daughter fighting Stage 3 Breast Cancer with a young family. Cancer is no stranger to our family. We have been down this road before. As a mother its heartbreaking to see your own going through it but I have faith that she will overcome this battle, and I will be there for her and her family every step of the way. Like Layila is She is a ROCK STAR! She is BEAUTIFUL and COURAGEOUS! Please support and cheer me on as I ride this great cause for the 11th year! I have a lot of miles to do and most importantly to raise funds for Kids fighting cancer! I'm ready!!
