This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

“As for me, my cousins Trae and Tate Miller and I were very close as kids. We always looked forward to seeing one another at family functions. Unfortunately, Tate was diagnosed with Leukemia and it affected how much he was permitted to do because of health concerns. I didn’t get to see them both for a while.

Thankfully this past Christmas I was able to catch up with them again in person. But we are praying for good health as Tate still gets frequent test done to monitor his health. He is finishing up college this school and our whole family is so excited and happy for him! I am doing this in honor and respect to him for all he has gone through.
