In September 2025, I will participate in the Great Cycle Challenge to support the fight against kids' cancer. This will be my eighth year riding for this cause, which is near and dear to my heart.

Why am I doing this? Cancer is the largest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 pass away from cancer every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it!

This year, I am riding in continuing honor and support of nine-year-old Arya Olsen, who has been fighting a brain tumor since November 2022. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

I will be pedaling for the entire month of September, and my goal is to ride 200 miles and raise $5,000 through this challenge to support children and the Children's Cancer Research Fund. It will be challenging, but nothing compared to what these children face every day of their lives as they battle this terrible disease.
