Hello, I want to start by thanking everyone who has support me and this great charity over the past 10 years. This year hits home as I have been diagnosed with cancer this spring and after some procedures and surgeries I am now n the beginning of Chemo and radiation treatments with a good fight ahead of me and can’t imagine being a child going through this fight now knowing it myself. So I lowered my ride goal to 12 miles for well a selfish reason of not sure if I will be able to ride at that point but to at least try from my regular starting point make it to one of my favorite coffee shops and grab a great ice coffee for the turn around trip and go from there. I have been blessed with a healthy child and grandchildren and when I read about this cause 10 years ago I knew I had to help where ever I could for this group of wonderful children. I have lost family and friends to cancer and have also had survivors in my family and friends has shown me you can never stop fighting. Please join me on this ride as I earn some miles and donations to help all these amazing and wonderful children who fight everyday just wanting to be on their bikes too.
