My Story

This September, for my 7th time, I am joining the annual Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer. For the past several years, I've ridden in memory of Danielle Leventhal, a wonderful young woman who lit up a room and died way too young. Tragically, I now must add Zoe Davidson to my tribute page; another beautiful soul with so much promise who was taken way before her time. Cancer robbed the world of both of these special people.

Sadly, cancer is the biggest killer of kids from disease in the US. Nearly 16K kids are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it. So I am riding to raise funds to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund's efforts to develop lifesaving treatments and to find a cure for childhood cancer.
