PEDALING for the kids and a cure!!!!
Just Keep Pedaling!!! :) I ride because they can’t right now. Since a kid, playing outside, kick the can at dusk, jumping through sprinklers in summer, Riding bikes and sledding in the winter; yes even school days...was, is and always be something to look forward to doing, as well as FUN & MEMORABLE! Kids should be enjoying life! Not fighting for it!!! Let’s makes this year’s donation jump! Especially since, I myself, kicked cancer and currently cancer free! Yay!!! Please consider making a donation $1 or $500 every cent matters, as does every days‘ fight to end childhood cancer. Soon these Beautiful Gems will be our future leaders. I, myself, just beat Breast Cancer. Yay!!!! It is terrifying to hear that you have cancer. Stay positive, don’t give up, and KEEP PEDALING!!! I am :)
My Story
I am now a DEFENDER RIDER! And this September 2024, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer for my 5th consecutive year.
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

27 Aug 2026Next month, I'm riding 100 miles in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! Yesterday, my picture was on this huge billboard in Times Square for Tribute Day, a day to create awareness of childhood cancer and honor the brave and courageous kids fighting this terrible disease.
Because more than 15,000 children are diagnosed with cancer every year in the United States, and 38 kids die every week. It's heart-breaking.
