My Story

1 Sep 2026

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Your support will change little lives.

Thank you.

Larry

Because I had reach my initial goal of raising $500 and went over it. I decided to increase my goal to $1000. So, if you haven't had a chance to donate and would like to it would be very much appreciated. To all who have contributed - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I am going to keep riding (when the rain stops in S. FL) and get over that 100 mile mark with my new FUJI bike.

“Jim, Wow, very nice to contribute to my Great Cycle Challenge. I am a little short on my bike miles because I have decided to upgrade my bike in Florida. I am using my daughter's COSTCO bike, which has been hard going. But I will get my 500 mile goal soon. Thanks again for the donation - it is for a good cause in Kids with Cancer.”
