❤️ Riding in Memory, Riding for a Reason 🚴‍♀️🎗️

This September, I’m taking on the Great Cycle Challenge to ride for children who are fighting cancer and for the families who stand beside them every step of the way.

I’m also riding in loving memory of my grandma, Judy McGhee, who lost her battle with cancer. Losing someone you love changes you forever, and while I can’t bring her back, I can keep her memory close to my heart and let her be part of something meaningful.

Every mile I ride will be a reminder of the strength, love, and courage that cancer patients and their families face. Some days may be harder than others, but I’ll keep pedaling because every mile represents hope for a child who deserves the chance to grow up, make memories, and live their life.

My goal is to raise $500 to help support childhood cancer research and make a difference for kids who are fighting battles they never should have had to face.

    🚴‍♀️🎗️ The last few days have been super rainy, and we also had a day of getting insulation installed under the house before winter, so we had to miss a couple rides.

    But we got back out there today and knocked out 15 miles! 💪🚴‍♀️

    I’ll be doing some extra miles tomorrow to make up for the days we missed. We’re still pushing toward that 300 miles for childhood cancer! 🎗️❤️

    A few rainy days aren’t stopping us! 😆🚴‍♀️

    🚴‍♀️🎗️ Day 15 & Day 16! 🎗️🚴‍♀️

    Day 15 was a no-ride day for us. We got home pretty late, so we decided to call it for the night. 🤷‍♀️

    But today is Day 16, and we’re back at it! 💪 We knocked out 10 miles this morning, and tonight we’ll be heading back out for another 10 miles to finish out today’s miles! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️

    20 miles in one day… here we go! 😂

    Still pedaling toward 300 miles and $500 for childhood cancer! 🎗️❤️

    Got our 10 miles in today! 💪🚲 Graycelynn was my little co-driver for the ride, but apparently that last 10 minutes was just too much for her. 😂😴

    She decided to take a little nap while Mom finished the ride! 😂❤️

    Another 10 miles down and one step closer to 300 miles for childhood cancer! 🎗️💛

    Went out for a ride when we got home tonight 😂 We only made it one lap because Alec said it was like a whole wall of bugs the entire way lol. Definitely wasn’t trying to eat bugs tonight 🤣🪰
