My son Justin is the most courageous youngman I know, he is kicking cancers butt one day at a time, with a strong spirit, undeniable faith and loving attitude. He is simply amazing, this journey has been challenging, but I have no doubt his testimony will be mind blowing! I proudly ride in the GCC in support of my son and all children fighting cancer. #TeamJustin

My Story

This June, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

My personal "Why" In late 2016 my son was diagnosed with grey zone lymphoma, in 2017 he fought and kicked cancers butt. To God be the glory, today he's cancer free, 18 years old and about to graduate high school in June and head off to University of North Carolina Charlotte! He leaned on his faith, support of family, friends and our community.
