This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because cancer affects many lives and its particularly difficult for someone just starting out in life. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work on preventative measures, improve quality of life, to develop lifesaving treatments, and support the cancer community.

For those looking to pull all levers in the fight, cut out sugar, processed carbs/grains, & vegetable/seed oils from your diet! Proper nutrition, stress management, exercise, and sleep can only help! It can be very difficult once cancer takes hold and with everyone and each case being different we have to work with doctors, oncologists, and current researchers - its a team fight!
