My wife’s niece who left this world at 18 months old. She died of a brain tumor. Kari and my youngest daughter spent many days at Seattle Children’s Hospital. They were almost the same age. This just isn’t right Kids shouldn’t have to go through this

My Story

Sometimes causes don’t need a bunch of words to explain them and this is one of those This is very near and dear to my wife as she lost her niece 50 years ago due to brain cancer.This September, Kari and I are taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

During the month of September, a major portion of the proceeds made off of my book. The Warriors ride continues will be going towards Kick children’s cancer in the butt!!

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
