This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

I’m riding for two reasons:

- In memory of my fear Mom (Lois) who passed away from colon cancer.

Her birthday was Sep. 18th, so September is a great month for this challenge!

- For the kids!

I have been blessed with 5 healthy kids. I cannot imagine how scary it must be to have a child diagnosed with cancer!

Cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
