This is my 5th year supporting this great cause.

The Children's Cancer Research Fund does great work in caring for children fighting cancer. Cancer has impacted the lives of many family and friends in various degrees. Early detection has helped overcome the disease, and for some, they have succumbed to cancer directly or by their treatments just being too much for their body to handle. Indeed it has impacted my life in many ways.

So I ride and fundraise for this organization “In honor of my mom and dad, in memory of my mother-in-law, and for all my close friends who know cancer all too well.”

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer for my 5th year in a row!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support the Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
