Flynn

#AllInForFlynn Flynn is an 11-year old boy who loves mountain biking, adventure, being outside, and all things FAST! Last season (2025), trails that once felt easy suddenly became hard. After a fall at school and a tough start to the season, Flynn had to end racing early. Soon after, his family learned why. Flynn was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare brain tumor affecting the brainstem. Flynn endured brain surgery, a long hospital stay, radiation and months of hard work learning to walk and talk again. But Flynn is a mountain biker. And mountain bikers have a phrase they say when the trail gets scary or the jump feels impossible. SEND IT It means trust yourself, commit, and go for it - even when the trail is rough. That phrase became Flynn's reminder to keep going through recovery, fear, and the unknown. Because at some point, life gives all of us a flat tire. When it does, remember Flynn... and SEND IT.

My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
