This September marks my 8th year taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer.

This ride is deeply personal to me. I’m riding in memory of my dad, who bravely fought cancer three times. Although cancer wasn’t what ultimately took his life, witnessing his strength, resilience, and determination through each battle left a lasting impact on me.

Cancer is a devastating disease—especially for children. Right now, it’s the biggest killer of kids from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed each year, and heartbreakingly, 38 children lose their lives every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

For eight years now, I’ve ridden to make a difference. This year, I continue in honor of my dad and for every child and family facing this fight. I’m raising funds for the Children's Cancer Research Fund to support lifesaving research, better treatments, and, ultimately, a cure.

Every mile I ride carries his strength with me—and hope for a future where no child has to endure this disease.
