I'm Riding For
Jadyn Comer and Children Everywhere
Jadyn J. Comer passed away at the age of two after fighting a tough battle with brain cancer. No child should have to face this before ever getting to make a good or bad decision themselves. Please help.
My Story
This September I am, for my sixth year, taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why do I support this cause? Because cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer. Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
At age 74, this will be a tough year for me. I was diagnosed personally with Stage 4 Aggressive Papillary Cancer in 2024 and have been fighting my own battle having undergone some pretty aggressive radiation treatments and currently undergoing two treatments daily of a DNA targeted form of chemotherapy. My miles goal has to be adjusted as I just don't have the stamina I had previously but I promise I will give it my all and hope to do better.
Please take time to consider making a donation to help me reach my goal this year.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.
