I'm Riding For

Stephanie Stough

Stephanie Stough

I am again riding for my niece Stephanie. When she was just 14, she was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma and received her first year+ of treatments. At the age of 18 the cancer reappeared, so she went through another year of treatment all the while being a Freshmen at college. At the start of her Junior year of college (20 years old), the cancer returned and so she went another year of chemo and a Proton Radiation treatment all the while continuing her studies. She graduated from college. Her cancer has returned (4th time) so she did TK Intervention and Immunotherapy. Spring 2026 her cancer had spread so she is currently on chemo (5th time) and a tumor under her skull necessitated her getting Gamma Knife Radiation. She recently celebrated her 23rd birthday! Your prayers, love and encouragement for her and her family are greatly appreciated! One of her favorite things to do is to view life from the back of a horse! Of course her puppy, Agatha, also brings much joy to her life! Stephie, I am so proud of you and your joyful spirit. I am trusting the Lord Jesus to sustain and keep you. Let your Light shine. Much love to you!

My Story

3 Jun 2026

Dear Friends!

I am pleased to say that this will be my EIGHTH year riding and raising funds for Children's Cancer Research. Please join me on your bike or by donating to this very personal cause.

Why do I ride? I ride for children like my niece who is CONTINUING her battle with cancer. Steph was first diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma when she was just 14 years old. She then had a year of Chemo. The cancer than returned when she was 18 years old and 20 years old with her receiving chemo, radiation and then last summer Proton Radiation, The spring of 2025 she was found to have cancer once again. She graduated from college and completed her treatments of TK Inhibitor and Immunotherapy. This winter (2025/26) she found that her previous treatments had not worked and the cancer had spread. So she is again on Chemotherapy (5th time in 9 years). There was also a tumor under her skull so she received Gamma Knife Radiation for that. Life has been a challenge for Steph but she remains positive and joyful with her faith firmly in the Lord Jesus Christ. Recently she celebrated her 23rd birthday!!

Thank you for supporting us! Me as I ride my bike to raise awareness of Children's Cancer Research and Steph as she continues her treatments.

YOUR donation goes directly to support the Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work developing lifesaving treatments and to find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Your support WILL change young lives.

Thank you!

Rachel
