Jackson
Sports-loving 6-year-old Jackson is a brave boy who was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, a rare bone cancer, and had a tumor so large it caused a bone in his leg to break. He has been battling this since July 2023. Since his diagnosis, Jackson has endured surgery to remove roughly half of his fibula in November 2023. In time, the rest of his bone can grow back and allow him to keep up with sports – a big part of his life pre-diagnosis. 💔 Through it all, Jackson has been incredibly courageous and shown a maturity far beyond his years. This is one incredible kid... And Jackson will KICK CANCER'S BUTT!
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
