I'm Riding For
Nina Lukenich

Nina was a 34-year-old mother to a 5-year-old little boy. she received a call no one wants to hear. “ You have cancer”. Thereafter the news continued to worsen. After bloodwork, multiple biopsies and PET scans it quickly turned into a horrific nightmare. It was TERMINAL She has since had 28 rounds of radiation, 6 rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy with reconstruction, lost all my hair, a hysterectomy and losing her teeth one at a time from necrosis of the jaw; all while continuing 2 pills daily as chemotherapy maintenance, an Xgeva chemotherapy shot and a double combination Herceptin/ Perjeta needle in the leg every three weeks indefinitely. There is no Cure for Metastatic Breast Cancer. There is no insurance coverage for Mammograms under the age 40 without reason. She has been battling this every single day for the last 5 years. She continues to fight this ugly disease. Cancer isn’t fair for children, young parents, or even the elderly.
My Story
Hi Everyone,What If Just of a small donation of $10, you can Help save a child's life
We all know someone's child, who has Died from Cancer.
Cancer not only robs you of your life , It robs you of your dignity.
Please, I am doing the hard part because I am riding again this year in the Great Cycle challenge to raise money to find a cure for to put an END to Cancer.
This June, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.
