My Story

Update September 14 :

I have had a little setback in my September ride. My Doctor just told me no riding for next two weeks to address an issue with my right knee.

I will be able to complete the 100 mile challenge, but not by the end of September.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Kids Cancer research . Your donations have already gone directly to our GCC team and are already helping n the fight to find a cure for kids cancer.

I’ll keep you posted during October, and beyond if needed , to get in those 100 miles .

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
