I'm Riding For
Thomas Rouse

This year I am riding in honor of my dear friend, Thomas Rouse. He was diagnosed in April 2024 with angiosarcoma, a very rare form of cancer. Since his diagnosis, he has undergone multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy. He continues to fight courageously, and I am proud to ride in honor of him.
My Story
I am excited to ride again in the Great Cycle Challenge! This is my seventh year participating, and this year I will attempt my highest GCC mileage goal...475 miles! Thank you to all who have supported me over the years! Together we have raised $20,782.42 and ridden 2,373.8 miles! I'm excited to see what we achieve in 2025!
Cancer has impacted many of my friends and family and is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
Funds raised through my challenge support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support my challenge to give all the kids the brighter futures they deserve. Your support will change little lives. Thank you!
