Brielle Bird

On June 5th, 2020, Brie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. I have never met Brie. I met her Father in college and consider him a great friend. Over the last year, Brie has fought and been an extremely brave little girl and has suffered a great deal. I admire her and her family for what they have gone through and will continue to go through in their journey. She has been declared NED (No Evidence of Disease) but still has a long road of treatments ahead of her. Brie is a complete inspiration and light to me, and I'm sure to those that know her story. Brie has inspired me to do this challenge and ride for her and other children who have any type of cancer. I know her strength can be passed on. So for this challenge, #BRIESTRONG, and lets make a difference.

My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
