This September, for the FIFTH year, I'm riding Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

In last year's biography, I noted that "[g]uns kill more, of course." They do. And just as tragically. But I don't think my bicycle riding will get guns off the street. If anything, I'm a yellow and black target for shooters.

So I'm riding for kids fighting cancer. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
