My Story

People always ask me why am I doing this. The reason is, I have seen how cancer has effected my family: My grandmothers, aunts, and other very close friends. This year alone I have lost a dear friend. This is the least I can do. I see the pain they go through when they are told they have cancer, when they have to endure treatments, and at worst - how long estimated they have left. It is heart wrenching - now imagine a young person, just learning life and thrown into a a crazy whirlpool of fear, and other emotions. Then to see the faces of their loved ones. My heart goes out to all of you. This is my 8th year and proud! Cycle on!!
